Frequently Asked Questions - Accessing and completing the test

Q. I can't reconnect to my test. (Because only the browser that was first used to access the test can be used to reconnect.) A. If you need to switch browsers or computers, we will reset the settings to allow you to access the test on a different browser. Tell us your name and email through Channel.io after connecting with the other browser.

Q. How do I submit my answers and end my test before the test end time?

A. Click the [End Test] button on the top right of the test page. However, make sure to note that you cannot re-access the test once it has been submitted.

Q. I submitted my test unintentionally before I was finished.

A. (If reconnecting is not allowed) Unfortunately, you will not be able continue with the test if you have exited the test. (If reconnecting is allowed) If you send us your name and email, we will guide you with reconnecting to the test. Please be careful not to exit during the test.

Q. Can I take the test in a public place?

A. It is a violation to take the test in a public place (cafe, study cafe, library, internet cafe). The test must be taken in an isolated location.
